BACKGROUND & CONTEXT
The County Kilkenny Children & Young People?s Services Committee
(CYPSC) is an interagency committee set up to ensure effective
interagency co-ordination and collaboration to achieve the best
outcomes for all children and young people in the county, under the
guidance of the _Blueprint for the Development of Children and Young
